Microsoft Fabric Business Intelligence Consultant

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Mid-level Microsoft Fabric Business Intelligence Consultant in Zürich for a hybrid role, focusing on end-to-end analytics platform delivery and client advisory.

This position combines technical implementation with strategic consulting. The consultant manages the complete lifecycle of data analytics solutions for clients, balancing direct development work with high-level advisory duties across both remote and on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Microsoft Fabric architectures.
• Create and maintain data pipelines.
• Enforce Power BI governance standards.
• Set up CI/CD processes for analytics assets.
• Provide strategic guidance on data initiatives.
• Ensure security protocols and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven expertise with Microsoft BI tools such as Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Fabric.
• Demonstrated experience in both development and infrastructure administration.
• Strong capability in data modeling and delivering full BI projects.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in either German or French.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• A university degree or equivalent education.
