Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional way
- Represent the Lugano office by delivering a high-quality customer and workplace experience
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Process expense reports and manage invoicing activities
- Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and office events
- Assist with office management and relocation projects
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Work with different teams to support internal projects
Requirements
- Prior experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or office administration roles
- Familiarity with standard office management procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
- Fluent communication skills in English and Italian
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
