Operations, Wealth Management, Quality Assurance Specialist, Analyst

Goldman Sachs seeks a Junior Operations, Wealth Management, Quality Assurance Specialist in Zurich to join the new KYC QA team within PWM Operations.

This position supports the launch of a dedicated KYC Quality Assurance team under PWM Operations in Zurich. It offers a comprehensive view of banking operations, allowing the specialist to engage with front-to-back processes within a high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Master the complete KYC lifecycle for PWM clients, including onboarding, maintenance, and rolling reviews.
• Monitor regulatory and FCC policy changes and drive the adoption of necessary procedural updates across KYC teams.
• Foster productive collaborations with global partners in PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
• Regularly report findings to senior leadership to increase visibility of team activities.
• Evaluate operational workflows to reduce risk and reinforce the control framework.
• Propose improvements to existing processes for the Zurich team and PWM Operations worldwide.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Have prior experience in financial services, ideally in account opening, client data management, identification, rolling reviews, or KYC quality assurance.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, a control-oriented mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Show aptitude for relationship building and the ability to explain complex issues to diverse internal stakeholders.
• Be a self-driven team player who takes ownership, acts as a change agent to enhance processes, and manages project accountability.
• Exhibit strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
