Goldman Sachs Bank AG seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist for its PWM Operations team in Zurich, focusing on KYC lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
This position supports the establishment of a new KYC Quality Assurance team within PWM Operations in Zurich. The role offers a comprehensive view of banking operations, directly supporting all PWM clients of GSBZ Bank AG while contributing to global process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Master the complete KYC lifecycle for PWM clients, including onboarding, maintenance, and rolling reviews.
- Monitor regulatory and FCC policy changes and lead the implementation of necessary procedural updates across KYC teams.
- Foster productive relationships with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and global Operations divisions.
- Regularly present findings to senior leadership to increase visibility and inform decision-making.
- Critically evaluate operational processes to mitigate risk and strengthen the overall control environment.
- Propose and contribute ideas to enhance current processes for the Zurich team and PWM Operations worldwide.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have prior experience in financial services, ideally in account opening, client data change management, client identification, rolling review, or KYC quality assurance.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail with a control-oriented mindset.
- Show aptitude for building relationships and communicating complex issues to diverse internal partners.
- Be a self-motivated team player who takes ownership, acts as a change agent, and has experience improving processes and managing projects.
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Have excellent written and verbal English language skills.
