The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy and integrity across core systems, supporting data migrations, and improving data management processes. Mid-level, full-time, on-site position requiring data operations experience and strong analytical skills in German and English.

This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of static data within the SIX Group, supporting critical financial infrastructure operations through data governance and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Track static data quality across core systems and report any irregularities.
• Look into and fix data inconsistencies with support from business units and IT teams.
• Assist in data migration efforts and maintain data integrity during system transitions.
• Create clear documentation for data processes, rules, and procedures to ensure transparency.
• Work with data stewards and system owners to uphold data governance standards.
• Join root cause analyses for recurring data problems.
• Help improve data management practices through continuous enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data operations, data quality, or data management roles.
• Solid grasp of data governance and data lifecycle management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Good communication skills in German and English at B2/C1 level.
