Order Manager (m/f/d)

Global Clearance Solutions AG seeks an Order Manager to handle customer orders from intake to completion, ensuring timely fulfillment and strong stakeholder collaboration.

This position focuses on overseeing the entire lifecycle of customer orders within a globally operating organization. The role ensures that orders are processed efficiently, delivered on schedule, and that customers receive clear communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer orders from initial receipt through to final delivery
• Input, verify, and update order details in the ERP system
• Work with Sales, Production, and other departments to guarantee timely order fulfillment
• Track production and delivery timelines, alerting stakeholders to any delays
• Serve as the main contact for clients regarding order status and progress
• Generate order status reports and track key performance indicators
• Organize regular coordination meetings with internal teams and external partners
• Identify opportunities to streamline order management workflows and processes

Requirements

• Technical apprenticeship or degree in electronics, preferably with a focus on communications or high-frequency engineering, or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a similar capacity
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality
• Ability to work independently, structured, and with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
