Order Management Specialist - Junior (GE/EN)

RMIT Professional Resources AG seeks a Junior Order Management Specialist in Zürich for a hybrid contract role. The position focuses on SAP order processing, customer communication, and issue resolution.

This position is responsible for handling customer orders within SAP systems and overseeing their progress from creation to completion. The specialist ensures that all projects and orders are tracked accurately and that customers receive timely updates and acknowledgements throughout the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain customer orders using SAP software.
• Monitor order and project status from start to finish.
• Dispatch order confirmations to clients promptly.
• Identify and fix processing errors or order-related problems.
• Guarantee orders are released on schedule and meet established quality benchmarks.
• Deliver full order management support, including price quoting, processing, and shipping coordination.

Requirements

• Previous experience in order management, customer service, or a similar area.
• Familiarity with standard order processing procedures and workflows.
• Solid grasp of customer relationship management concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain focused and resilient in high-pressure situations.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
