This position sits within the People function and focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into employee relations workflows. The role aims to enhance how the company handles case management, derives insights from data, and proactively assists managers in leading their teams effectively. The advisor will collaborate with a distributed team spanning the UK, Barcelona, and Boston.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine processes for case management, data analysis, and manager support by utilizing AI integration tools.
- Guide managers through performance reviews, conduct issues, probation periods, attendance matters, and contract changes, ensuring decisions are leader-driven.
- Keep precise records, offer robust support to leadership, and guarantee that people policies and company standards are applied consistently throughout the region.
- Analyze data to identify trends and early warning signs, enabling timely interventions.
- Streamline case handling to reduce the time from opening to resolution.
- Collaborate with the broader People team and other business units to ensure seamless execution of employee relations cases.
Requirements
- Proven background in employee relations procedures within European or US markets.
- Extensive experience handling various employee relations cases, with a specific focus on performance and conduct matters.
- Skill in organizing, recording, and monitoring employee relations issues with high precision.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making capabilities, including the ability to adhere to structured processes while exercising independent judgment when necessary.
