Staff Product Manager - Events

Perk Yokoy seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its Events platform, driving innovation through AI and data while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting.

This position is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Perk Events platform. The successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy, partnering with Squad Leads, designers, and commercial stakeholders to deliver high-velocity product outcomes. The role demands a servant-leadership style that fosters creativity and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the Events platform.
• Accelerate execution by leveraging customer feedback, data analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Collaborate with event support operations and supply teams to ensure a unified product offering.
• Develop a strong understanding of events industry dynamics and supply chain mechanics.
• Track key product metrics and present performance reports to senior leadership.
• Utilize AI tools to rapidly prototype features and speed up the development cycle.
• Monitor AI research and industry trends to identify creative applications for the product.
• Foster a collaborative environment by leading with a servant-leadership mindset.

Requirements

• Proven ability to independently define product vision and strategy.
• Strong proficiency in using data to inform and drive product decisions.
• Experience in evaluating trade-offs and prioritizing product decisions effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• A passion for AI demonstrated through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
• Familiarity with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor, Bolt, and Claude Code.
• Comfort using design and collaboration platforms like Figma and Git.
