Digital Workplace & Communications Platforms Product Owner

Bobst seeks a Mid-level Product Owner to lead the evolution of its global digital workplace, focusing on Microsoft 365, AI integration, and employee experience across its international operations.

This strategic position is responsible for shaping the digital workplace ecosystem within Bobst. The role combines expertise in digital workplace management, Microsoft 365 platforms, employee experience design, and artificial intelligence to ensure these technologies become a natural part of the daily work life for employees across the group.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the strategic roadmap and priorities for the digital workplace.
• Guide the development and enhancement of collaboration tools within the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva.
• Take ownership of the corporate Intranet and employee communication channels, ensuring they are continuously improved.
• Oversee the rollout and governance of AI-driven productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Guarantee a high-quality user experience by optimizing collaboration and communication solutions.
• Track platform usage and performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external vendors, manage associated budgets, and oversee service providers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective digital solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in digital workplace management or working with Microsoft 365 and similar collaboration platforms.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Prior experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role focused on digital product delivery.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
