Digital Workplace & Communications Platforms Product Owner

The company seeks a Mid-level Product Owner to lead the Digital Workplace and Communications Platforms strategy, focusing on Microsoft 365, AI integration, and employee experience across its global operations.

This strategic international position is responsible for shaping the digital workplace ecosystem, ensuring that collaboration, communication, and artificial intelligence become seamless parts of the daily employee experience. The role combines expertise in Digital Workplace management, Microsoft 365, and AI to drive meaningful transformation within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the roadmap and priorities for the Digital Workplace.
• Guide the development and enhancement of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva.
• Take ownership of the corporate Intranet and employee communication channels, ensuring they are continuously improved.
• Oversee the rollout and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI-driven productivity tools.
• Guarantee a high-quality employee experience by optimizing collaboration and communication solutions.
• Track platform adoption and performance using defined KPIs and data insights.
• Coordinate with external partners, manage budgets, and oversee service providers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective and impactful digital solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Workplace management, Microsoft 365, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Background as a Product Owner or in a comparable role focused on driving digital products and services.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
