Product Manager (AI B2B SaaS)

This position serves as the primary link between users and the engineering team, focusing on enhancing the core product and its data capabilities. The incumbent will translate market insights into scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer feedback into viable, data-centric product features
• Create and manage the product roadmap in line with strategic company targets
• Perform user interviews and discovery sessions to test assumptions
• Review product and operational metrics to guide prioritization decisions
• Utilize prioritization frameworks like RICE to define feature scope
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate machine learning models into the platform
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and usage trends
• Oversee launch processes, testing phases, and customer feedback cycles
• Transform machine learning outputs into tangible user benefits

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in product management, data product ownership, or technical consulting
• Proficiency in handling product and process data using tools such as SQL or Python
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence or analytics platforms like Metabase, Power BI, Looker, or Jupyter
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and customer success indicators such as activation rates, retention, and NPS
• Excellent communication abilities to connect business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users
• Proven track record in developing product strategies and managing roadmaps
• Fluent command of the German language
