Planning Process Integrator - SAP S/4HANA

Michael Page seeks a Planning Process Integrator for a 12-month onsite role in Geneva. The position focuses on SAP S/4HANA implementation and supply chain process optimization within a strategic transformation program.

This position plays a central part in a major supply chain transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work on international projects spanning Europe and the Middle East, bridging the gap between business planning needs and technical SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and integrating new third-party logistics providers.
• Analyze current planning workflows and design improved future-state processes.
• Facilitate the alignment of planning procedures with SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Manage and execute system testing cycles, including SIT and UAT.
• Offer daily assistance to planning teams regarding system usage and issues.
• Diagnose technical incidents and coordinate their prompt resolution.
• Partner with IT departments and external vendors to implement system upgrades.
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of master data used for planning.
• Lead initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement.
• Create and deliver training materials and support documentation for end-users.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in supply chain planning, covering demand, supply, or distribution areas.
• Practical expertise with SAP environments, with a preference for S/4HANA.
• Prior involvement in system rollouts, testing activities, or transformation efforts.
• Comprehensive grasp of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Capability to communicate effectively with both business units and IT teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Experience collaborating in international or cross-functional settings.
• Fluency in English at a professional working level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with specific planning modules such as PP, MM, IBP, or APO.
