Power platform Junior consultant

Elca Informatik AG seeks a Junior Power Platform Consultant in Pully to design and manage Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions across the full project lifecycle.

This position serves as a Functional Expert for Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform. The consultant is responsible for guiding challenging CRM projects from the initial pre-sales phase through to final operations, ensuring robust solution design and implementation for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy tailored solutions for clients using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform tools.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including pre-sales activities, requirement analysis, architectural design, development, deployment, and ongoing operational support.

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent qualification from a university of applied sciences or technical college.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience within a service-oriented firm, specifically implementing Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform solutions.
• Practical expertise in building Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages.
• Deep understanding of at least one core module: Sales Automation, Customer Service & Contact Center, Field Service Management, or Marketing.
• Solid grasp of standard features within Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Fluent proficiency in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure architecture, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric.
