Medartis seeks a Pricing and National Accounts Coordinator in Switzerland to manage SAP data, ensure reporting accuracy, and support client success operations.
Reporting to the Manager of Client Success, this position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through rigorous data management and insightful reporting. The role ensures the integrity of client data while providing actionable insights that help internal teams and external clients optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supply accurate vendor setup details to hospital clients and sales staff to guarantee smooth integration and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain Client account records within SAP, covering pricing structures, discounts, rebates, invoicing, and credits, while adhering to company standards.
- Preserve the quality and accuracy of the Client Master file and associated datasets.
- Update and verify pricing information in line with National Accounts specifications.
- Cultivate professional relationships with internal departments and external clients to encourage collaboration.
- Create, review, and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc departmental reports.
- Extract and clean data from various systems, performing validation checks to identify and fix errors.
- Conduct thorough self-audits to ensure all work meets accuracy, consistency, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is mandatory.
- At least two years of professional experience in data management, reporting, or business operations.
Nice to have
- A bachelor’s degree in business, client support, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures or the broader healthcare sector.
