Medartis seeks an Inventory & Logistics Associate in Switzerland to manage stock, verify orders, and ensure safe warehouse operations within a growing international medical device manufacturer.
This position serves as a key component of the logistics and inventory management team at Medartis, a global leader in surgical fixation solutions. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and service while supporting the company's rapid expansion in the orthopedic sector.
Responsibilities
- Confirm the accuracy of picked items before processing
- Store incoming goods in designated areas based on their characteristics
- Prepare customer shipments by packing items for courier collection or delivery
- Record inventory data using specialized logistics software
- Categorize and label stored products by size, shape, and type
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
Nice to have
