Customer Operations Manager – Pharma, PricePro

RMIT Professional Resources AG seeks a Customer Operations Manager in Basel to oversee pharma price operations, manage cross-functional tasks, and ensure compliance within a matrix environment.

This position focuses on coordinating and supervising multiple tasks within a multi-functional matrix structure. The role demands independent, analytical thinking to balance standardized procedures with tailored issue analysis, ensuring high-quality service delivery and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize various tasks simultaneously while maintaining oversight.
• Communicate promptly and effectively across different organizational levels and functions.
• Address country-specific requests with significant autonomy and decision-making power.
• Deliver timely, high-quality support and expertise to internal departments.
• Enhance or create new processes to boost quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with international and cross-functional teams on a continuous basis.
• Resolve complex, urgent assignments and manage conflicting priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Proficient in PricePro, TPES, SAP (SD, FI modules), and MS Office.
• Capable of rapidly learning new software systems and applications.
• Strong understanding of working within a multi-functional matrix environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid IT literacy in SAP (SD, FI), MS Office, and NVS pricing tools.

Nice to have

• Background in pharmaceutical export business, particularly in small to mid-sized emerging markets.
• Additional language skills, such as French.
