Process Designer BPMN 2.0 (A)

Bosshard & Partner AG seeks a Mid-level Process Designer in Zürich to lead end-to-end procurement process modeling using BPMN 2.0 within a transformation program.

This position serves as the central authority for end-to-end process design, supporting platform configuration teams and senior stakeholders. The role is embedded in a dynamic transformation initiative, requiring the ability to translate complex requirements into structured, global process standards.

Responsibilities

• Convert stakeholder and project lead needs into comprehensive procurement process designs that adhere to established design principles.
• Model Source-to-Pay workflows, covering the entire lifecycle from initial demand to final payment, utilizing BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Create mappings between semantic structures and system capabilities, linking value chains to business functions and process designs.
• Specify how processes interact with governance policies and control gates in both directions.
• Transform process models into actionable operational procedures, service level agreements, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain consistency in process modeling across different regions to ensure a unified global standard.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience as a BPMN 2.0 process designer, with modeling as the primary focus.
• Proficiency in ARIS and strong object knowledge.
• Experience in mapping semantic structures to systems, including value chains and business capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and the demand-to-payment lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of SAP platforms, specifically Ariba and/or S/4HANA, to align process designs with system capabilities.
• Background in process design within financial services or other regulated industries.
• Fluent command of the English language.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Relevant certifications in process modeling or management, such as OMG BPMN, Software AG ARIS, or other recognized qualifications.
