Responsibilities
- Engage in project and sales stages from the outset to influence decisions and enhance procurement workflows.
- Create and oversee sourcing strategies, procurement plans, and compliance with internal standards to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
- Assess customer needs, support bid preparation with precise cost information, and incorporate supplier innovations to boost competitiveness.
- Review contracts, spot risks and opportunities, and work with stakeholders to manage material costs and ensure procurement integration across projects.
- Design and execute procurement strategies, lead or assist in supplier negotiations, and achieve favorable commercial and contractual results.
- Monitor procurement performance, conduct supplier evaluations, share key insights, and promote knowledge exchange within project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain, plus at least 3 years of experience in procurement, project business, and SAP.
- Proven experience in multicultural, international teams with strong intercultural competence.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
