This role is designed to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to product execution at a critical growth phase for the company, ensuring alignment across teams and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Engineering on current priorities and explicit non-priorities.
  • Manage project scope and sequence to maintain delivery speed while tying outcomes to measurable results.
  • Maintain a smooth workflow from idea intake to release, ensuring work is clearly defined, bounded, and ready for execution to reduce cycle time.
  • Convert product goals into actionable, well-defined work with clear scope, non-goals, acceptance criteria, and key edge cases.
  • Provide clear, lightweight visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies in ClickUp without overburdening teams with excessive ticketing.
  • Coordinate full release cycles, including rollout planning, enablement, release notes, and feedback loops with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Balance speed and quality by making shipping more predictable and impactful through frequent, well-executed releases.
  • Improve internal standards by refining PRD templates, solution frameworks, and documentation for decision-making.
  • Strengthen data-driven prioritization, roadmap communication, and progress reporting as the product portfolio expands.
  • Extend the customer discovery process to cover more product areas, linking insights to decisions and shipped outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with complex workflows; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in leading delivery across engineering and go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to turn vague ideas into structured product epics or features and maintain alignment over time.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup settings; you bring clarity, momentum, and practical structure.
  • Technical understanding to bridge customer needs with engineering implementation realities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create alignment artifacts.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for productivity, analysis, and rapid prototyping.
  • Fluency in English required; German is beneficial.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, security testing workflows, vulnerability management, pentesting, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements, and what constitutes board-ready security reporting.
  • Background in building products that support land-and-expand strategies in enterprise accounts.
