Professional Services Consultant

Vyntra seeks a mid-level Professional Services Consultant in Yverdon-les-Bains to deliver technical implementations of its transaction intelligence platform for financial clients.

This position bridges the gap between customer needs and technical execution. The consultant works directly with banks and financial institutions to bring the company's technology to life through hands-on implementation and support. The role is dynamic, with daily projects that require balancing technical depth with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical implementation projects for the transaction intelligence platform.
• Design, configure, and deploy integrations and technical solutions.
• Maintain strong technical proficiency in Linux-based environments and Vyntra-specific technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and recommend optimal platform usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across customer environments, integrations, and deployments.
• Provide technical support at levels 1, 2, and 3 as required.
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Presales, Sales, and R&D teams.
• Support pre-sales efforts through proof-of-concepts and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in Linux and daily comfort working within Linux environments.
• Proven hands-on experience in technical implementation or support roles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PySpark, or Bash.
• Strong database skills, including SQL and scripting for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to establish credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch, Oracle, MSSQL, or MariaDB.
• Knowledge of additional programming or query languages.
• Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, or other regulated and complex operational environments.
