Professional Services Consultant (German-Speaking)

Ripple seeks a German-speaking Professional Services Consultant in Geneva to bridge technology and client financial goals, focusing on SaaS treasury solutions.

This position acts as a trusted advisor and digital architect, connecting Ripple's technology with clients' financial objectives. The consultant helps organizations achieve strategic treasury management by implementing SaaS-based treasury and risk management tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to identify client challenges, operational workflows, and technical needs.
• Map out future-state configurations for Ripple Treasury, ensuring the platform setup aligns with specific client objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide clients through treasury best practices and modernize outdated processes.
• Configure the platform hands-on to ensure technical implementation matches the strategic vision.
• Deliver impactful training sessions to help users maximize the return on investment from the solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to share client feedback and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations, preferably within ERP or SaaS environments.
• Strong technical understanding of complex software ecosystems and data flow between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear financial terms.
• Knowledge of treasury areas such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Background in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance, with the ability to discuss cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
• Fluency in both English and German is mandatory; additional languages are a bonus.
