Program Coordinator

SIRVA SA seeks a Program Coordinator to manage international relocation policies and client operations in a hybrid role based in Switzerland.

This position serves as the central coordination hub for clients' international policies and programs. The coordinator ensures operational support while delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a deep understanding of global relocation services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-assignment initiatives for regional and global clients, including reporting, group move planning, and system testing.
• Manage the shared inbox by sorting, filtering, and redirecting incoming requests and tasks.
• Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding inquiry response times.
• Draft and finalize relocation agreements.
• Generate cost estimates as required.
• Launch services via Sirva Connect and maintain regional tracking and reporting systems.
• Offer policy guidance and produce cost projections.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in the relocation industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and work independently.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with V-lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Bilingual language proficiency.
