Client Coordinator – Global Clients

KPMG AG seeks a Client Coordinator for its Global Clients team in Lausanne. This mid-level, hybrid role manages client communications, tracks project progress, and supports financial and administrative tasks.

This position acts as the primary liaison for the global client team, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering a unified firm culture. The coordinator will streamline communication, oversee account initiatives, and support the team in achieving its objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for the global client team.
• Monitor and track the advancement of global account projects and initiatives.
• Schedule and lead routine team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.
• Oversee global account plans, engagement pipelines, and internal reporting systems.
• Manage the global client portal, risk management procedures, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Assist in client pursuit activities, including RFP responses and proposal development.
• Support financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing coordination, and revenue tracking.
• Maintain the customer relationship management database and prepare client newsletters.
• Coordinate and support the organization of client events.

Requirements

• Business diploma or equivalent education with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• A very good level in French.
