KPMG AG seeks a Global Partner Assistant for its Deal Advisory team in Zürich. The role supports senior executives with complex scheduling, travel, and administrative tasks in a hybrid, international environment.
This position sits within an expanding, international Deal Advisory group. The assistant will balance competing priorities, coordinate across time zones, and serve as a reliable liaison for internal and external contacts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a demanding global schedule by sorting meetings, fixing clashes, and aligning activities across different regions.
- Handle all aspects of domestic and international travel, from booking flights and hotels to arranging visas and managing related paperwork.
- Process expense claims and reimbursements, making sure submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Assist with global billing, invoice coordination, financial tracking, and liaise with finance and engagement teams.
- Serve as a dependable contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Organize team meetings, events, and administrative workflows to keep business operations running smoothly.
- Draft business documents and presentations, safeguard confidential records, and suggest improvements to administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background as an Executive, Personal, or Team Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders in a complex, global setting.
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfort engaging with senior executives, clients, and colleagues.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, delivered with a professional, service-focused attitude.
- High degree of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive materials.
- Keen attention to detail paired with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience managing intricate calendars, international travel, expense workflows, and general administration.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Capacity to work autonomously, adjust to shifting priorities, and thrive in a rapid-paced setting.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and financial administration procedures is beneficial.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
