This role is central to advancing Harmattan AI's drone technology from pilot stages to industrial-scale production. It ensures alignment with the product vision and roadmap, coordinating internal teams to meet technical and operational goals while resolving program-level obstacles to maintain critical timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex drone systems on time and to specification.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from engineering pilot to full-scale industrialization.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet technical and operational standards for successful end-to-end execution.
• Proactively monitor and resolve technical and administrative roadblocks, managing project risks throughout the cycle.
• Identify gaps in project resources or support and escalate internally to maintain alignment with production objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in project management within technology or manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing large-scale, series-based projects, including mass production environments.
