This position is responsible for managing Controls projects from handover through final acceptance, ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with technical and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Controls projects from handover to final acceptance, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to meet deadlines, budget, and quality requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during project execution.
- Manage internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, functional descriptions, and project deliverables.
- Support commissioning efforts and address technical issues as needed.
- Track project financials, including changes, additional work, and margin protection.
- Ensure adherence to Johnson Controls EHS, quality, and operational procedures.
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated project management experience in Building Automation, BMS, HVAC controls, or industrial automation.
- Solid technical knowledge of automation systems, control architecture, and field devices.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a customer-facing setting.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in French and English required.
Nice to have
- Professional-level English proficiency is preferred.
- German language skills are considered an advantage.
- Certifications such as PMP, IPMA, or equivalent in project management are beneficial.
