Quality Analyst (FinCrime Investigations)

Revolution Digital Services AG seeks a mid-level Quality Analyst for its Financial Crime Operations team. This remote role focuses on ensuring investigation quality, providing feedback to analysts, and supporting continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Positioned within the Financial Crime Operations department, this role is dedicated to safeguarding customers and their assets. The primary objective is to maintain high standards of investigation quality by delivering constructive feedback to analysts and reporting key findings to quality control and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the work of compliance staff to identify both successful outcomes and areas needing improvement in case handling.
• Deliver data-driven feedback to individual analysts and teams, utilizing root-cause analysis to highlight specific insights.
• Master internal compliance procedures and escalate any procedural gaps or issues to the appropriate management levels.
• Mentor new hires and foster collaboration with colleagues across various international locations.
• Assess investigative decisions, operational processes, and control mechanisms, suggesting enhancements that align with regulatory mandates and business goals.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and be prepared to provide official certification.
• Possess at least three years of experience in financial crime investigations within regulated, risk-oriented, or compliance-focused settings.
• Demonstrate fluent English proficiency at a C1 level or higher.
• Have a strong grasp of financial crime typologies, including money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion.
• Show experience in analyzing trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex cases, transaction data, or large datasets.
• Exhibit the ability to critically interpret information and proactively gather details to support thorough investigations.
• Be proficient in using data-driven investigative tools, dashboards, and case management systems.
• Have a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk teams.
• Have exposure to financial crime reporting obligations, including jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements across multiple regions.

Nice to have

• A degree or equivalent qualification in law or a STEM field.
• An industry-recognized certification such as ICA or ACAMS.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
