Responsibilities

• Support the conceptual design and TCAD simulation of SiC power devices
• Collaborate with engineers to refine device structures and enhance performance
• Predict electrical characteristics and verify simulation outcomes
• Analyze data, document results, and share insights during team meetings
• Participate in project reviews and suggest improvements for performance, cost, and manufacturability

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
• Experience with TCAD tools, preferably for SiC device simulation
• Understanding of SiC device physics
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
