Repair & Spare Parts Administrator | 50%

Evatec seeks a Repair & Spare Parts Administrator (50%) to manage repair workflows, SAP data, and supplier coordination in a structured, onsite role.

This position serves as the central link between procurement, customers, and international partners. The role blends administrative duties with process optimization, requiring strong SAP skills and the ability to manage repair orders from start to finish while maintaining calm and structured customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor repair cases from the initial request through to final delivery, including warranty assessments.
• Manage repair orders within SAP (S/4HANA), coordinating materials, shipments, and returns.
• Determine repair expenses and draft offers by working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Facilitate communication between procurement, clients, and global partners.
• Spot opportunities to streamline operations and enhance overall process efficiency.

Requirements

• A solid commercial foundation paired with a technical mindset.
• Proficiency in SAP systems, preferably S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to remain organized and composed.
• Strong negotiation capabilities when dealing with procurement and external suppliers.
• Fluent professional communication skills in both German and English, for written and verbal exchanges.
