Sales Business Analyst for Switzerland and Austria

Apple seeks a Sales Business Analyst for Switzerland and Austria based in Zürich. The role focuses on consumer business planning, data analysis, and partner strategy.

This position supports the Swiss Channel Consumer Business Planning team, covering operations in both Switzerland and Austria. The analyst drives strategic initiatives to enhance hardware sales and partner affordability while providing critical insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Offer strategic guidance on developing consumer business opportunities alongside Apple Partners.
• Analyze and model data to generate key insights and streamline internal workflows.
• Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders, communicating findings to senior management.
• Enhance the execution of affordability programs for channel partners.
• Lead and implement account plans through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and launch innovative projects aimed at boosting Apple hardware sales in the region.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking on business issues while executing tactical plans.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the broader business context.
• Possess experience in driving product affordability strategies (such as financing, leasing, or trade-ins) and conducting in-depth pricing analytics.
• Perform complex, data-heavy analysis using advanced spreadsheet and modeling techniques.
• Utilize AI tools for data processing and analytics.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Have 4-6 years of work experience in sales, commercial finance, or business development.
• Be fluent in both German and English.

Nice to have

• A combination of industry and consulting experience is preferred.
• An MBA degree is preferred.
