Threema seeks a Sales Support professional to assist account executives with lead qualification and prospect management, enabling the team to focus on closing deals.

This position provides essential operational assistance to the sales department, handling initial outreach and administrative tasks so that account executives can concentrate on finalizing agreements.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and researching potential new clients
- Creating and maintaining accurate prospect databases within the CRM
- Evaluating incoming leads against specific qualification criteria
- Initiating contact with prospective customers through proactive outreach
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for account executives
- Maintaining consistent follow-up communication with prospects after first contact
- Updating CRM records with all relevant sales activities
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and procurement materials
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and German
- A highly organized and methodical work style
- Proven capability to manage tasks independently
- Strong self-discipline and organizational skills suitable for remote work
- Enthusiasm for initiating customer conversations and understanding sales workflows
Nice to have
- Prior experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with digital sales tools such as CRM systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency in the Arabic language
