Salesforce Developer (Middle/Senior)

Amaris seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain complex system modules. The hybrid role in Switzerland requires 4+ years of experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture.

This position focuses on translating business needs into robust technical solutions. The developer will handle the full lifecycle of system modules, from initial design and coding to testing, deployment, and ongoing support for complex Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates business needs to produce detailed system design documentation.
• Codes, tests, and deploys Salesforce modules according to technical specifications.
• Executes comprehensive test plans, including system and user acceptance testing.
• Manages deployment processes and system installation tasks.
• Resolves production incidents and provides post-launch support.
• Maintains accurate system documentation and operational manuals.
• Reports project progress and status updates to management.
• Identifies opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.
• Debugs and analyzes technical issues to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of practical experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven ability to configure, customize, and develop within the Salesforce platform.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce data model, MVC architecture, and object design.
• Experience building web services using RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Strong grasp of software development methodologies, including test-driven development.
• Understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and database systems (NoSQL and relational).
• Proficient command of the English language.

• Experience with DevOps practices, including source control, Jira, Jenkins, and AWS services.
