Senior Account Executive

Körber Pharma Packaging AG seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise software sales in strategic accounts and emerging markets, focusing on pharma and biotech sectors.

As a key member of the Körber Business Area Pharma team, the Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's mission to lead the pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing industry with its MES software solutions. This position is crucial for adapting the business and its products to the evolving needs of factory digitization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within key strategic accounts and emerging markets.
• Manage complex negotiations and engage with multiple stakeholders to close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product departments to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Guide and support Associate and mid-level Account Executives in their professional development.
• Act as a company representative at industry conferences and professional events.
• Share insights on market trends and customer feedback with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• At least five years of proven experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Exceptional ability to communicate with executives and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated success in navigating lengthy, complex sales processes and employing solution-based selling techniques.
