(Senior) Associate - Rewards Consulting

PwC seeks a Senior Associate for Rewards Consulting in Zürich to design compliant compensation strategies and support executive reward programs for multinational clients.

The company is looking for a professional to join an international Rewards team that collaborates closely with tax, legal, and advisory specialists. The role focuses on helping clients create competitive and compliant reward structures while delivering integrated solutions to both local and global businesses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executive compensation projects, including the design of incentive programs and compensation frameworks at national and international levels.
• Provide guidance on remuneration report disclosures and ensure adherence to Swiss and global compensation regulations.
• Conduct market analyses and compensation benchmarks to support reward design and governance decisions.
• Develop client proposals, presentations, policies, memos, and Excel-based simulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Partner with adjacent teams to provide comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Early career experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, HR consulting, tax, or advisory services.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on detail and structured problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English communication.

• German language skills for client interactions in Switzerland.
• An interest in the regulatory, tax, and legal dimensions of compensation structures.
