Senior Consultant - People Advisory Services - Reward (Zurich)

The Tax Services Reward team at Ernst & Young AG assists clients in navigating intricate issues related to executive compensation, pension schemes, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. This position provides an opportunity to engage in varied projects of different scales across diverse sectors, collaborating with experienced global teams in a dynamic setting to foster professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to support and execute various advisory projects.
• Perform benchmarking studies for executive roles and the wider workforce.
• Create compensation frameworks, incentive models for diverse stakeholders, and reward policies.
• Build and apply job grading systems and architecture structures.
• Execute remuneration surveys and interpret related data.
• Support project planning, analyze data, draft reports, and prepare presentation content.
• Maintain client relationships alongside key project leaders.
• Collaborate with workforce advisory peers, service lines, and global EY colleagues.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics or Finance, complemented by a strong grasp of HR concepts.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Consulting, with practical knowledge of remuneration surveys, daily management of reward offerings, and market trends.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, plus the ability to craft compelling data presentations.
• Capability to dissect complex issues and provide practical, sustainable solutions using a pragmatic and adaptable mindset.
• Strong team player with the ability to integrate swiftly into new groups.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with experience in producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations.
