Responsibilities

- Design custom incentive structures using KPIs, valuation frameworks, and organizational goals.
- Advise on strategic human resources planning and job design.
- Create professional presentations using PowerPoint.
- Perform data analysis and financial modelling using Excel.
Requirements
- Master's degree in strategy, finance, accounting, or strategic HR management.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong ability to communicate and present ideas clearly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
