Julius Bär seeks a Senior Change Manager to lead the end-to-end change process for its Source-to-Pay program in Zürich. This part-time role focuses on business transformation and stakeholder engagement through December 2026.
Positioned within the Global Procurement Excellence function and reporting to the Global Head of Procurement Excellence, this role ensures continuity in central project management for Procurement Taskforce activities in 2026. The incumbent supports the design, planning, and management of the end-to-end change process for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) program, acting as a transformation lead to align operating model design, technology, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and manage an efficient and sustainable end-to-end change management process.
- Coordinate the future Target Operating Model (TOM) in conjunction with SAP Ariba.
- Serve as the change transformation lead for S2P, ensuring alignment between operating model design, technology, governance, and daily business execution.
- Lead change management work streams across S2P project phases, applying relevant principles, techniques, and tools.
- Evaluate the impact of planned organizational changes on people, culture, technology, and processes.
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics and proposals.
- Develop stakeholder communication, training, and engagement materials to support global roll-outs and adoption of S2P.
- Provide change management coaching and training to employees.
- Define and track key performance indicators along the change management process.
- Prepare reports and presentations for various internal stakeholders and boards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, programme/project leadership roles within Procurement (S2P)
- Strong structuring and PMO capabilities, including milestone planning, reporting, and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive‑level storytelling
- Proven experience driving business transformation and change management in global organisations
- Good level of understanding of end‑to‑end Source to Pay processes and operating models
- Experience working with procurement technologies (e.g. SAP Ariba or comparable S2P platforms)
- In-depth understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organisation
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering a collaborative work environment
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries
- Exposure to global procurement operating models including offshore or nearshore Centres of Excellence
