  • Define and apply master data structures and governance rules within SAP S/4HANA, specifically for Business Partner records involving suppliers and customers.
  • Standardize data collection processes for supplier, engagement, and commercial data aggregation.
  • Ensure high data quality for key procurement objects, including purchase requisitions, orders, contracts, schedules, and payment conditions.
  • Embed data ownership and stewardship rules to maintain quality controls across systems supporting procurement workflows.
  • Plan and operate addressable spend reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

  • A degree or substantial hands-on experience in information management, data science, business informatics, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in procurement data management, including defining and enforcing data standards and quality controls.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba, demonstrating a solid grasp of underlying data structures, master data, and commercial object configuration beyond the user interface.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, storage, and integration across interconnected systems.
  • Ability to operate within defined data owner standards and translate them into reliable execution.
  • Experience managing data collection and metadata using onboarding or questionnaire-driven tools.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing data standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Experience with spend reporting and analytics, including planning and operational support.
  • Familiarity with procurement master data in financial services or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • German language skills are preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, DAMA/CDMP, or similar data management credentials.
