Senior Manager, ATS

Senior Manager, ATS role at pi partners group ag in Switzerland. The company seeks a strategic advisor and hands-on practitioner to lead consulting engagements and drive business outcomes for Private Equity clients.

PIP is a fast-growing technology consulting firm serving the middle market within Private Equity. This position functions as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on practitioner, guiding client projects from initial strategy through to long-term execution while building trusted relationships with PE sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage consulting projects from start to finish.
• Actively contribute to both short-term strategic planning and extended implementation phases.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster strong partnerships between business and technology units.
• Align cross-functional teams to maintain focus and drive results.
• Establish a reputation for reliable, high-quality work among clients and partners.
• Spot areas to streamline project execution and boost team productivity.
• Help create delivery frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
• Join internal efforts to standardize processes and improve scalability.
• Nurture connections with key decision-makers across PE sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Find ways to expand PIP's footprint within existing PE ecosystems.
• Work alongside account managers to define project scopes, design solutions, and draft proposals.
• Assist with pre-sales tasks by preparing pitch decks, proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase capabilities and align with client goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, technology, or operations strategy.
• Background in supporting or managing project delivery within fast-paced settings.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure & Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, IT Organization and Governance, and core business applications.
• Readiness to travel to client sites when necessary.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Background in ERP implementation from a project management or configuration angle.
• Cross-industry experience.
• Experience with end-to-end business process optimization.
• Prior work with Private Equity firms or their portfolio companies.
• Familiarity with designing AI-enabled solutions.
