Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the EMEA growth strategy for its Intracardiac Echocardiography portfolio, driving adoption and commercial excellence across the region.
This position serves as the regional subject matter expert for imaging strategy within the Electrophysiology and Structural Heart therapies divisions. The role is responsible for shaping both regional execution and global portfolio direction, with a primary focus on accelerating the adoption of Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) technologies and ensuring successful product launches across the EMEA market.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans to boost ICE adoption and drive business growth throughout the EMEA region.
- Analyze market opportunities and customer requirements to provide strategic input for long-term portfolio planning and innovation roadmaps.
- Develop strategies to increase physician adoption of ICE-guided procedures and optimize clinical workflows to transition away from traditional imaging modalities.
- Manage regional product launch activities, including market segmentation, commercialization tactics, pricing recommendations, demand generation, and customer education.
- Collaborate with local commercial teams to support forecasting, demand planning, and the monitoring of business performance.
- Work with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams to build evidence-generation strategies that strengthen clinical and economic value propositions.
- Track competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and lifecycle management.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives and product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles within the Medical Device, Cardiovascular, or Imaging sectors.
- Deep understanding of cardiovascular procedures and image-guided interventions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing commercialization strategies for innovative medical technologies.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a complex global matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking capabilities, including forecasting and business case development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA and globally.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant scientific, clinical, or business discipline.
- Experience in Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, Ultrasound Imaging, Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE), or related cardiovascular technologies.
- Knowledge of evidence generation, clinical studies, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), or reimbursement strategy.
- Additional European language(s).
