- Develop components to collect Key Performance Indicators and generate insights on platform performance and business impact.
- Help shape the architecture, reliability, and scalability of backend systems using containerized microservices.
- Work closely with frontend, robotics, and infrastructure teams to ship complete features.
Requirements
- Around five years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and running backend systems within a Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one of these languages: TypeScript, Java, C++, or Python.

- Experience integrating with complex third-party APIs and creating reliable distributed workflows (e.g., task queues, state machines), OR building event-driven apps and scalable data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, message queues, serverless functions).
- A business-focused approach to solving problems and delivering value through technology.
- Strong ownership mindset, willing to step outside immediate expertise to solve issues.
- Ability to build trust through candid, constructive feedback.
- Willingness to join on-call rotations to maintain production system reliability.
