Senior Software Engineer (Python/Go)

Responsibilities

• Coding, including contributions to open source software.
• Writing and implementing design documents (RFCs).
• Documenting creations and ensuring great automated test coverage.
• Serving as a role model and helping the team follow software engineering best-practices.

Requirements

• Highly motivated Software Engineer with ownership mindset.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in large-scale or high-growth environments.
• Strong background in scalable systems and modern engineering practices.
• Recent hands-on experience with Python and/or Go.
• Business domain: compute infrastructure & platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes (usage, concepts, and operations).
• Familiarity with public cloud environments such as AWS.
• Experience in test automation, ideally with pytest.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Interest in or experience with tools such as HashiCorp Vault, FluxCD, Kustomize, Terraform, Grafana, GitLab, Slack, and Linear.
