Allianz Suisse seeks a Service Delivery Analyst for a 6-10 month maternity cover role within its Alternative Risk Transfer division in Wallisellen. The position involves managing bound transaction portfolios and supporting team processes in a hybrid setup.
This temporary position, lasting between six and ten months, serves as maternity cover for the Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) line of business under Allianz Commercial. The analyst is responsible for overseeing a specific portfolio of bound transactions, ensuring that onboarding procedures are handled correctly and that all contractual features are accurately recorded and monitored.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of bound transactions and manage the onboarding process for new deals.
- Take charge of team workflows, adapting them to meet changing operational needs.
- Work closely with underwriting, finance, and claims teams to facilitate effective deal management.
- Maintain regular communication with brokers and clients, providing support for credit control tasks when necessary.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for new counterparties and ensure binding activities are accurate.
- Handle administrative duties such as policy documentation, invoicing, and updating internal systems.
- Assist with cash management and tracking activities across various functions.
- Prepare and carry out quarterly controls for assigned portfolios, addressing any outstanding issues promptly.
- Manage assigned projects independently and contribute to their successful completion.
- Monitor contractual details to ensure precise system entry and proper policy administration.
- Provide portfolio-level oversight, including reviewing cycles and assessing impacts on profit and loss statements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in insurance operations, accounting, or finance, with a solid understanding of underwriting and insurance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with underwriting support tools, including document management, tracking systems, early warning mechanisms, and data entry recording.
- Strong knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly regarding information acquisition, transfer, and applicable laws.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and task management abilities, along with creativity and reliability in handling complex issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, influencing, relationship building, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on continuous learning, collaboration, and customer service orientation.
