This position focuses on supporting the expanding user base and driving new initiatives within the Speechify iOS application. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on engineering skills, thriving in a rapid-paced setting while delivering high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive major engineering and product choices
- Write and deploy production code for the iOS application
- Collaborate closely within a specialized product squad

- Refactor and improve the current complex app structure
Requirements
- Proven history of building products that reached significant scale
- Experience taking products from initial concept through to substantial user traction
- Proficiency in the Swift programming language
- Hands-on experience with SwiftUI
- Strong background in multithreading development
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
- Practical knowledge of Fastlane for automation
- Strict adherence to SOLID principles in all code classes
- Solid understanding of Git workflows and version control strategies
