White Alpine Group SA seeks a Strategic Financial Analyst to drive business planning and strategic analysis in a remote-first, high-growth environment. The role focuses on financial modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position is designed for a finance professional looking to move from transactional tasks into an operator role with significant impact. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the analyst will own core workstreams including modeling, forecasting, board reporting, and strategic analysis to help shape the company's business planning and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Maintain and refine the company's operating model to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify trends and translate data into actionable insights that guide both long-term strategy and daily operations.
  • Assist with corporate finance activities such as annual planning, forecasting, and preparing board materials.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver data-driven findings.
  • Produce high-quality analysis that directly influences key business decisions.
  • Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance the speed, quality, and scale of analytical work.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or similar fields, with a preference for TMT or SaaS coverage.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in building and maintaining SaaS models.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • A high bias to action and comfort working in high-growth environments with shifting priorities.

What the company offers

  • Salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 USD for US candidates and $100,000 - $120,000 CAD for Canadian candidates.
  • Paid Time Off: 4 weeks paid leave plus 11 days of public holidays, an extra 2 week company holiday for end of year shutdown, and generous paid sick leave.
