SIX Financial Information seeks a Junior Strategy Manager in Zürich to support business unit strategy and provide structured analysis for senior leadership.
This position supports the development of competitive strategies for various business units within the organization. The primary objective is to transform complex, open-ended business questions into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for executive decision-makers through rigorous analysis.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality materials that inform strategic decisions for the Executive Board and Board of Directors.
- Conduct in-depth research on market dynamics, competitor activities, industry trends, and financial data.
- Collaborate with deal teams on mergers, acquisitions, and key strategic projects from initial concept through to implementation.
- Partner with business and finance departments to validate ideas and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Requirements
- Up to two years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, or a comparable field.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities with a structured approach to solving complex problems.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presenting clear narratives.
- Fluent command of English.
