The client is looking for a TA Sourcer/Researcher to support their talent acquisition team during a six-month engagement. The primary objective is to aid the company's expansion by identifying and engaging talent for corporate functions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed market analysis to locate, categorize, and group talent pools for global functions.
• Create and sustain proactive candidate pipelines to address present and upcoming recruitment demands.
• Utilize sophisticated sourcing platforms to find and connect with passive candidates.
• Maintain precise records and ensure data integrity within talent acquisition systems.
• Execute focused outreach campaigns to gauge candidate interest and suitability early on.
• Represent the client professionally, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
• Foster enduring connections with promising talent for future opportunities.
• Share structured insights regarding talent availability, competitor movements, and market trends.
• Supply talent acquisition partners with evidence-based recommendations to guide sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to synchronize on recruitment priorities.
• Provide well-organized candidate profiles for subsequent evaluation stages.
• Participate in refining sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment, either within an organization or an agency.
• Versatile expertise spanning various functional areas.
• Track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Competence in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM platforms.
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
