Team Head Cash Services

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to team leaders and provide guidance based on top management direction.
• Ensure correct risk assessment and timely escalation according to risk levels.
• Identify operational and regulatory risks.
• Identify, implement and report quantitative and qualitative reporting.
• Challenge procedures and routines.
• Act as an advisor and coordinator vis-à-vis branches and subsidiaries across the Group.
• Share best practices, standardise processes and controls when possible.
• Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders of the bank to provide support and advise.
• Develop a network of professionals with other institutions to keep abreast of systems and regulations evolutions.
• Be actively involved in all projects impacting the department from TOM definition to tests and implementation.
• Propose measures to increase efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Coach and help develop team members, identifying good and low performers and taking appropriate actions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in Cash Services activities and processes.
• Experience and proven success in running similar position.
• English is a requirement.

• Other languages are a plus.
