Client Services Officer - Geneva Talent Pool

EFG International is maintaining a talent pool for Client Services Officer roles in Geneva, seeking experienced private banking professionals to join a dynamic, inclusive team.

The company is building a reserve of qualified candidates for future Client Services Officer positions in Geneva. Individuals in this pool will be prioritized for upcoming openings and will contribute to a collaborative environment within a global private banking group.

Responsibilities

• Process, prepare, and receive client instructions while adhering to internal protocols.
• Handle investment directives and manage corporate action events.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of all client documentation.
• Track pending matters and escalate issues when necessary.
• Act as a liaison for internal teams and provide backup support for clients.
• Perform research and compile requested documentation.
• Assist Client Relationship Officers with assigned duties.
• Oversee credit, operational, and risk factors according to set procedures.
• Adhere strictly to the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a comparable position within private banking or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of private banking workflows, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks including KYC, AML, FATCA, and CRS.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Competence in using standard IT systems.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in languages other than English and French.
